A nice size oval shape syroco wood bowl with a scroll top design for hanging, decorated around the sides with leaves and acorns and a scalloped rim. The center of the bowl has the words, U.S. Capitol, Washington, D.C. with a picture of the Capitol. Incised on the bottom is (copyright sign) Silberne, Inc. The bowl measures approx. 1 3/4 in. high, 10 in. long and 6 3/4 in. wide not counting the top scroll, and is in very good condition.
