General Orders No. 96
It having been certified by Col. J.W. Turner, Chief Commissary, that Lieut. Chas. D. Webb, Quartermaster, 12th Regiment Maine Volunteers, and Lieut. Henry G. Cushing, of 8th Regiment New Hampshire Volunteers, have rendered their accounts to the Commissary Department, their names are withdrawn from General Orders No. 94, current series, from these Headquarters, and this order will be forwarded to the Paymaster General for information.
