A pretty hand painted plate done in a soft yellow along the rim of the plate, with a garland of flowers done in yellow, white, orange & green, with brown. The plate is back stamped, J.P. (underline) L., France. The plate comes with a plate hanger, is in perfect condition, and measures 8 ½ in. dia.
