1980 Merry Christmas Plate of 3 children all dressed up for the holiday on the front of the plate. The young girl is holding a book in her hands reading to the 2 small boys who are entranced by her words. The smallest boy is holding a teddy bear in his hand. .There are presents on the floor & table, with a cat & bird looking on. The rim is decorated with free flowing holly leaves with berries and candy canes, all done in green over a white background. The back is signed A happy holiday to you, Royal Croconfard by Norma Sharman, Staffordshire England. The plate measures 8 1/2 in. dia. and is in very good condition.
